FP&A / Reporting Manager

Exceptional opportunity available with a prestigious Lloyd's syndicate to develop their financial planning and reporting process following a recent restructure. Working closely with the executive team this role will be responsible for improving their current reporting processes (in line with US GAAP) but primarily on the financial planning and budgeting process to ensure that it's fit for purpose.

This is a highly entrepreneurial culture backed by first class security. The finance team is extremely talented but does not have the capacity currently to undertake the development work on these key projects. As such they are looking for someone who has previous experience in financial planning and analysis in Lloyd's syndicate and proven skills in project management to join them for a period of 3-6 months which could result in a long term or permanent role.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate experience in the Lloyds of London market, strong financial planning skills, project management and strong communication / stakeholder engagement skills and a flexible, pragmatic approach.
