Hays Accountancy and Finance are currently seeking a French speaking Credit Controller to join our clients accounts team based in Hull. The role will involve working closely with French speaking customers over the phone, who are based in France.
The main duties include:
Liaising with customers in the UK and France
Credit Control duties - contacting customers to chase payment for outstanding invoices
Dealing with invoice and customer enquiries quickly and efficiently
Allocating payment to the accounting system
Generating sales invoices
Posting and paying of purchase invoices
Reconciliation of accounts
Essential Requirements
MUST BE BUSINESS FLUENT IN FRENCH
Recent and relevant Credit Control experience
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
