Company Overview:  Allegra Network LLC is a top 200 franchisor with nearly 500 members operating primarily under two franchise brands, Allegra and Signs Now, all focused on providing marketing and graphic services. Annual system-wide sales in 2010 were just under $300 million.

Position Summary:

The New Franchise Marketing Sales Consultant assists new franchise members with establishing marketing services business within their locations. New franchise members will be established commercial printers that become members to diversify their companies. This position is the primary liaison between the new franchise member and Allegra Network’s Marketing Resource Center (MRC).

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Overall responsibilities include helping new franchisees gain new marketing services business, as well as managing the implementation of marketing programs and projects for new franchise member customers through the use of the MRC. Position is also responsible for assuring that new franchise members and key staff are trained in marketing services through the programs offered by Allegra Network University and home office staff.

 

Essential Functions:

·         Business Development - Work with new franchise members and their staffs to identify, develop and implement new marketing services business from existing clients, as well as with new prospects.

·         Sales – Assist new franchise members’ sales efforts for marketing services business including presentations, sales calls, proposal development, etc.

·         Project Management – Primary interface between new franchise members, their clients and Allegra Network’s Marketing Resource Center (MRC). Manage specific projects from inception through completion utilizing MRC services.

·         Marketing Planning – Assume an important role in market research and strategic marketing planning for franchise members’ clients. Assist in developing client recommendations and proposals

·         Training – Assure that new franchise members are utilizing all of the training programs and materials available from Allegra Network to become proficient in the development and implementation of marketing services projects and programs. The goal is to train new franchise members to become self-sufficient in selling and project managing the implementation of their marketing services business through the MRC .

 

Experience Skills:

·       

Experience Skills:

·         10+ years of corporate, brand or field marketing and/or marketing agency experience

·         5 + years of experience in new business development using consultative or solutions selling process

·         Strong presentation skills necessary. Must be able to close sales.

·         Experience in developing and presenting marketing plans, budgets and schedules

·         Understanding  of strengths and weaknesses of all communications channels with a concentration on direct mail

·         Strong written and verbal skills

·         Proven analytical abilities and problem solving skills a must

·         Ability to manage and maintain multiple on-going projects
