Fraud Alerts Advisor – Part time

An international market leader in retail banking is looking to expand their busy team in Leeds. Due to significant growth they are currently looking to fill multiple positions. These positions are part time and hours vary, however they will include 2 X Weekdays either a Saturday or Sunday, totalling 16 hours per week. 

In this job you will act as a representative of the company processing requests, helping with enquiries and advising customers to make informed decisions. Working within the fraud alerts team you will be the first point of contact to customers who are reporting fraud on their accounts. You will be responsible for taking appropriate action for customers and resolving all issues where possible.  

We are looking for people who are passionate about customer service, with a minimum of one year solid experience in a customer-focussed role. To be considered you will also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages. Additionally competency in a telephony-based role would be considered a desirable attribute.
