The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the departments that Employee Development serves to create work procedures, training documents, and business alerts among other items. The essential job duties of the Communications Specialist will be to gather information from the appropriate sources; maintain Fraud Dispute Management's online help site; communicate/train the trainers about the changes made to procedures; research, write and edit internal employee communication publications or other media; and consult with business line representatives on the development and production of communication campaigns. Requirements for the job are effective communication, both verbally and written; strong research, analysis, organizational skills, decision making ability and the ability to work independently.
