Vice President (6-10 yrs exp) Global Investment Bank (Leisure, Retail & Consumer M&A Advisory)
Following a very successful MD and Director level hiring spree throughout 2011, our client is now actively looking to hire within its consumer, retail and leisure team, at the Vice President level. They are looking to hire an experienced investment banker who brings extensive execution experience to the table and understanding of ECM and DCM transactions as well as pure MA.
The ideal candidate will have trained with a bulge bracket organisation or otherwise top tier boutique. Equally, if you currently work in Lead Advisory for a Big 4 CA firm, you would be considered. You will also hold first rate academic credentials including possibly a MBA, although this is not essential. Additional European language skills would also be useful.
You will be expected to take on a high degree of responsibility from day one so it’s imperative that you can hit the ground running, ideally without having had recent gaps on your CV. There is substantial infrastructure in place in the consumer, retail and leisure team and you will play a key role in the development and further training of the junior resource pool.
The preferred candidate will be looking to carve out a career within a highly regarded MA business, focusing on the leisure, consumer and/or retail space. The firm already has a very strong market presence and it therefore offers a tremendous platform from which to further progress your career.
