Technical Support position to answer customer phone calls and emails in French. The candidate will be responsible to create tickets using Siebel and forward them to the appropriate teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and requests via phone and email in French.
- Ability to organize tasks based on priority.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated effective oral and written communication in French and English.
- Flexibility with schedule including Saturdays and Holidays.
- Job requires work schedule from Mon-Fri 4:00-9:00 pm and Sataurdays from 12:00-8:00 am
Job Requirements:
Knowledge:
Fluent in French. Preferably native from France
Education and Experience:
High School but strongly a college student that will be graduating this year (May).
