French speaking Credit Controller
This is a newly created job working for a prestigious organisation within lovely offices in Luton, they are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their existing team due to company expansion. You will be reporting into the Credit Manager and will be responsible for your own ledger of clients. You should have a proven track record of meeting cash collection targets, resolving queries, managing key accounts successfully and building rapport with internal and external customers.
Key information:
- Debt chasing via telephone, letter and email – approx 100 accounts worth £6-7m per month on one ledger and approx 400 accounts worth £800,000 per month on the second ledger
- Export experience would be advantageous
- Systems: various used across the Group including: Excel, Coda, Sage 500 etc.
- Hours: 8.30-5pm Mon-Fri
- 25 days holiday
