FOSTER Family Sports CHIROPRACTIC is seeking a health conscious, high energy, motivated, outgoing self-starter and problem solver to greet patients, answer phones, collect money, and reschedule with a smile. Job also involves brainstorming and implementation of marketing ideas to help our practice grow.

This position is challenging yet enjoyable for someone interested in natural healthcare. Our office is a place where you will be attending to the needs of the patients of two chiropractors. You must also have a head for numbers and detail. Your ability to follow procedures precisely is also very important.
Honesty, dependability, and computer savvy a must and front desk experience mandatory. This is a non-smoking facility.

Hours:
PART TIME (20 hours available per week)
AFTERNOON SHIFT
Monday, Tues, Wednesday and Friday from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm
(closed Thursdays)
Saturday 9:30 am to 12:00 noon
ALL SHIFTS HOURS MAY VARY AT END OF SHIFT DEPENDENT ON PATIENT VOLUME FOR THE DAY!
Job Details
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments and performing recalls.
- Interfacing with billing manager and inputting EOB's
- Greeting patients with a smile and making them feel comfortable.
- Understanding and keeping track of financial accounts/collections and you will be trained to track insurance company coverage.
- Interfacing with insurance companies to coordinate coverage and track referrals needed.
- Typing occasional letters.
- Coordination of patient flow
- Helping with special events--mailings, etc.
- Public Relations to help promote the office
Skills Needed
- Excellent telephone skills etiquette. (No fear of phones or confrontational patient interactions).
- A composed, competent, cheerful personality while many things are happening at once. (must be able to multi-task!)
