My client is looking for a Support Analyst, first line support, Fidessa or TT or ULTrader work within front office support service team., You will undertake the following tasks (a)provide a dedicated front office support service to VIP end user,(first line support) (b) ISV trouble shooting and migration work-streams (c) Monitor product enhancements (d) perform ISV functional support and light training.
You should be enjoy working as a first line support analyst.
The ideal first line support analyst should have of;
· ISV support-first line, fidessa, TT, UL Trader
· Desktop support: OS Email browser
· First line Network support
· Front office experience
