A unique opportunity has become available with a global exchange company to focus on developing their Corporate Services to their clients and investor relation entities. Working with some of the world iconic companies across technology, retail, communications, financial services, media and biotechnology, the successful candidate will help to build, redesign and maintain large portfolio of investor relations web-sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Build websites using D/X/HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ColdFusion
- Perform coding, testing, documentation and implementation of websites including cross-browser compatibility, accessibility and search engine optimization
- Provide ideas to improve client websites and other web related products while managing time sensitive issues in a fast paced environment
- Provide Web knowledge and support for internal and external clients with varying levels of technical understanding
- Manage special projects, including project scope, implementation and on-time delivery
- Recommend process improvements and product enhancements to management
- Complete quality assurance for client websites and new product releases
- Create Flash/HTML applications using existing system tools
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of web-based technical experience
- Ability to maintain a high level of professional demeanor working with clients with excellent oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with third-party vendors and third-party web products
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related experience
- Experience with D/X/HTML, CSS, JavaScript and experience using graphic/interface design tools such as Photoshop, Fireworks and Flash. Those with ASP.NET 3.5, C# and MS SQL a strong plus.
- Proficiency in at least one server-side programming language Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft office and online content management
- Understanding of Web Standards (W3C), Website Accessibility and Search Engine Optimization
- Able to meet project deadlines with minimal supervision
- Clear and Fluent English language skills
- Those with knowledge of Financial markets highly desired
