Front Office Commodities Business Analyst Soft and Agricultural Commodities recruitment
My client is a leading global financial institution, with an amazing reputation for their cutting edge and forward thinking trading and risk management software. Through continued growth and investment, the team is seeking to hire a strong, business focused commodities business analyst for their London team. The role is based in London; however there will be an opportunity to travel to Europe also. The candidate will join a rapidly expanding team, taking a hands on role and becoming the subject matter expect, leading implementations and analysis of the software. As well as deep knowledge of the commodities sector, you will be expected to have amazing IT skills and relevant experience of financial trading, risk management and software. You will join a leading firm with an amazing reputation and compensation, bonus and benefits will be very competitive.
The ideal skill set for the for Front Office Commodities Business Analyst are as follows;
• Commodities Experience (Soft Commodities and Agriculture would be a huge plus)
• Front office business analysis experience
• Strong IT background (SQL, Oracle)
• Experience of financial trading, risk management and software systems
• Exposure to trading, execution and logistics would be a plus
• Great communication skills
The team has just begun their search and they are looking to begin face to face interviews next week. It is a two stage interview process in the City based office. The team is open to seeing candidates from a range of backgrounds and experience levels.
