As the Manager, you will provide dedicated support to all business units within Specialised Lending (Structured Asset Finance, Project and Structured Finance, Structured Export Finance), keeping in mind business decisions relevant to cost. Whilst providing a high level of customer service to the internal customers within the region and ANZ's global network, you will seek opportunities to add value to the end-to-end process of deal execution to enhance timely execution of both internal and external client requests.

You will be involved in day-to-day workflow of Specialised Lending deals to manage on-boarding of new transactions and the management and control of commitments post-execution. Other tasks will also include providing first level support to transactors for technical advice on structuring, term sheets and legal matters and ensure that all transactional compliance and operational risk requirements have been met (including sanctions, KYC and AML).

Transaction Management Specialised Lending Asia will also be responsible for ensuring that deal execution and processes are executed to the highest standards and that clear and accurate instructions are provided to the back office for processing and loading of limits.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will require 4 to 6 years experience in financial institutions/risk/middle office business environment coupled with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office suites will be required. Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or other related discipline (highly numerate) will be preferred.
