Front Office Consultant-Capital Markets (FX/MM)
- Capital Markets or similar financial software solutions organisation experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience
- Hands-on, quantitative and mathematical
This is an exciting opportunity to work for an established financial software solutions organisation with strong client base internationally. The selected candidate can look forward to learn and contribute extensively whereby there is an unmatched competence in the design and implementation of integrated trading, risk management, processing and clearing solutions for buy- and sell-side financial institutions, corporations and utilities located across the globe.
The Front Office Consultant is in charge of delivering pro-active personalised support to their clients in the Capital Markets industry in Singapore and China.
The Front Office Consultant provide tailored solution to their clients throughout pre-sales and implementation activities as well as training and support.
Main Responsibilities:-
- Functional design and technical mapping to tailor the organisation's solution to user's business
- Ensure successful follow up of client cases, from notification to resolution and validation
- Users training
- Configuration, test and assistance to clients during software implementation
- Participate in the organisation solution enrichment process by reporting issues and suggestions to the development centre
- Participate in pre-sales activities
Main Requirements:-
- Strong interest for financial markets, experienced in FX/MM products required
- Good analytical skills required
- Good background in mathematics applied to finance
- Good communication skills
- Team player, energetic, keen and fast learner
- Ability to travel in the South East Asia region on a frequent basis
- Knowledge in SQL (Oracle and/or Sybase) and Unix commands is a plus
