A leading consultancy that provides expertise to the investment management (asset management) industry is looking to recruit a consultant with front office expertise. My client is well established with an impressive client list and regularly has consultants speaking at major industry events.
You will join the technology team as the front office expert and have experience in advising clients on the vendor selection process and reviewing their front office technology landscape. My client is a relatively small business but is rapidly expanding and it looking to this consultant to be of the calibre to one day reach partner level within the company.
As a Front office IT consultant - asset management, investment management, financial services, vendor selection, OMS, target operating model - your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting asset management / investment management client with the vendor selection process surrounding their front office (OMS) systems
* Conducting target operating model review and design
* Prepare client proposals
* Attend industry events as a speaker and attendee to build relationships and promote the brand
This is a strategy and advisory role and my client has other resources that will be used for the delivery of implementation and upgrades projects.
To be considered for the role of Front office IT consultant - asset management, investment management, financial services, vendor selection, OMS, target operating model - you must have the following skills and experience:
* Extensive experience in asset management technology
* Strong knowledge of front office technology - OMS
* Multi asset class knowledge
* Excellent client facing skills
* Experience writing proposal documents
