Front Office IT Delivery Manager – Commodity Trading – Major Global Financial Institution – London recruitment
The Delivery Manager will set the strategy and maintain an accurate, up-to-date view of all Gas projects, shaping and maintaining effective working interfaces between IT and the Trading Business Heads, agreeing and defining priorities and best practices.
The successful candidates should have:
• Both strong technical as well as business accruement - not being afraid to get into very technical conversations and hands-on when necessary but at the same time be able to give strong examples of when they have had to interact with senior business stakeholders.
• Experience as an IT Portfolio, Programme or Delivery Manager in a Front Office Trading environment managing a budget of £5 - 10 million
• Experience of managing a portfolio of projects and full lifecycle experience of software development
• Managed teams of 12+
• A proven track record of dealing with senior stakeholders in both the Business and Technology
