Front Office Recruiter, Global Bank recruitment

Our client is a global bank with an established reputation across global markets and an established presence across Asia Pacific. With the continued growth in the region, the need has arisen to recruit a Recruitment professional of the highest calibre, to be based at their Regional Headquarters in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Institutional Banking, based in HK, you will have responsibility for all day to day recruitment matters within Global Markets. You will be responsible for hires at all levels and will liaise extensively with line Managers, understanding their needs and deciding on appropriate recruitment strategy. You will develop partnerships with recruitment and search firms, conduct screening interviews, and coordinate the interview process from first interview to offer stage. You must have the tenacity and influencing skills to work with senior management and the flair and confidence to present yourself excellently. You must be able to independently contribute to the recruitment process, pipeline and strategy.

You must be degree qualified, have a stable track record and have at least 6+ years experience working ideally in-house within financial organizations. You must be adept at recruiting to senior level and have the tenacity to work efficiently and under pressure. Fluency in English is essential as well as recruitment within financial services. Above all you must be highly motivated, professional and have a customer focused and mature approach.
