Front Office Risk Analyst (VP Level) recruitment
Our client is an extremely well positioned asset manager based in the UAE. They are fully focused on the emerging market fixed income space and the firm is full of senior level sell-side bulge bracket investment bankers who have made the move over to the buy-side.
This role will be reporting directly into one of their MD's and will focus on front office risk management duties. They are looking for individuals who have had responsibility for the risk management of their bank's exposure using hedging of the prop trading book; assesing / managing the counterparty credit exposure through CDS'; their macro exposure to interest rate, FX, volatility and credit etc.
This role would suit an extremely accomplished Risk Analyst / Manager who is looking to make the move over to the buy-side and join a rapidly expanding firm where you will be a key member of the team.
Excellent academic's will be essential as well as a fuly front office focused risk management skill set.
Arabic or Russian language skills would be advantageous but not essential for this role.
The compensation will be as good as you can get anywhere with the added benefit of a very low tax environment. A full relocation package is on offer as well as assistance regarding housing / schooling etc.
