A Leading Asset Management firm is looking to hire 2 Front Office Support Analysts into their Front Office Support team. The role will be to support and respond to the Traders and Fund Managers with all their queries and needs for the Order Management system - Aladdin.
They are the looking for someone who is familiar with supporting an order management system and responding to the queries of the Fund Managers. The person will be responsible for liaising with various teams in order to support the full lifecycle of an issue using standard incident management tools. The role holder will be part of a 4 person team covering a 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm and 10:30-6pm shift rota. These are flexible and usually rotated on a 2 weekly basis.
This is a great opportunity to be involved in and you will learn stakeholder management, requirements gathering and the chance to get involved in ad hoc projects. This is the ideal role for someone who is looking to move into Business Analysis in the future.
To be successful you must have the following experience:
• Supported an Order Management System (OMS) – either Aladdin, Charles River, Latent Zero, Thinkfolio or an inhouse built OMS.
• Understanding of the full trade lifecycle.
• Understanding of key asset classes – Equities, Fixed Income, Dervivatives.
• Worked within Asset Management or Front Office Trading environment and supported Front Office staff
