Transaction Reporting

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a candidate to a quality assurance team with a focus on transaction reporting. The team supports the Operations Transaction reporting unit to ensure that regulatory reporting within the region is adhered to.

Purpose of the role;
Testing pre-defined controls that measure adherence to the FCA's rulebook/TRUP
Interpreting and reporting findings in a structured and objective manner to the Regional GOTRU Head
Tracking patterns and anomalies in their findings
Preparing the material for the various Transaction Reporting forums from regular Steering Committees through to Board meetings

Responsibilities will include;

Maintaining an inventory of controls; incorporating new controls in a standard way that allows them to be understood by a third party,
Maintaining records that detail who is responsible/accountable for the controls
Defining a quarterly plan for control testing
Facing off to Group Internal Audit and External Audit in their Transaction Reporting reviews
Educating/coaching the decentralised teams on their application of the rules in day-to-day processes

Candidates will need to have a similar transaction reporting background, with experience of FCA rules.
