Working in multidisciplinary teams, often directly with leaders of major organizations, you'll bring diverse perspectives to every challenge. We'll help you achieve your potential by supporting your professional development and giving you experience of working with a diverse range of clients.
Due to rapid growth, we're looking for Financial Services Operations Transformation professionals to join the Advisory Team in Sydney. In order to be successful in this role you must:
• Have a clear track record in driving tangible improvements to productivity, cost and operational scalability in Financial Services through target operating model design and implementation
• Have strong process analytical and transformation skills ideally with considerable experience in employing Lean Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
• Have good people and teaming skills to create high performing multi disciplinary project teams with colleagues and clients
• Bring strong knowledge of Financial Services operational domains such as Insurance Claims, Superannuation Administration, Mortgage Processing, Trading, Payments Processing and Collections
• Have a minimum of two years relevant experience in a consulting role in a financial services organisation or within a top tier professional services firm.
