FTSE 250: Global Financial Planning Manager
My client is a global business in the online/retail sector. They are going through a strong period of growth and are restructuring the business to support this development. They are undertaking a range of projects including systems developments and implementations, which will facilitate this growth.
This role has arisen due to an internal promotion as part of the restructure. As such they are looking to appoint a Global Financial Planning Manager, initially on an interim basis, but with the potential to become permanent. The role is based in the group head quarters in the city and offers the opportunity to partner across senior management in the vast majority of the international entities as well as working for a high calibre, progressive leadership team.
As the business is going through strong growth and change this position is crucial in the planning of the next 5 years. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, commercially focussed and confident presenting to senior management around all areas of planning and budgeting. There are a number of opportunities to progress your career after this opportunity but they are looking for extremely strong candidates who have demonstrated excellent post qualified experience in industry and have very strong academics.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate excellent academics with a 2:1 or 1st Degree as well as an ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualification with strong PQE from a large global business. Your roles must have included strong planning and budgeting experience as well as strong examples of business partnering and adding commercial insight. It is essential that you can start this role on a weeks notice or less and have prior experience in Hyperion.
