Position Description:
Lead PIMCO Investments marketing fulfillment efforts by providing oversight, coordination and leadership in executing timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials to brokers and financial advisors. Facilitate ongoing communication and improved integration between internal and external groups and vendors.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
o Manage fulfillment and inventory process for all marketing materials
o Manage the firm's relationship with inventory management vendor
o Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all documents
o Manage and continually evaluate vendors that support marketing fulfillment and warehousing.
o Monitor usage and inventory quantities for printed material and premiums; ensure appropriate levels are maintained.
o Work with marketing team to determine appropriate print quantities and provide reporting to enhance decision making.
o Review, approve, and report on third-party provider costs.
o Plan and execute solicitations and special mailings; ensure appropriate resources are available to meet deadlines and expectations.
o Partner with internal and external sales teams to improve business processes and procedures.

Position Requirements:
• Bachelors' degree required from a four year university.
• Understanding mutual fund sales, marketing, and regulatory materials and their delivery requirements
• Strong understanding of the investing, brokerage, and mutual fund businesses
• Minimum five years of mutual fund industry experience in marketing operations, fulfillment, or similar areas
• Experience working with third-party financial print and fulfillment providers
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with reporting (including strong excel knowledge)
• Must have strong writing, project management and verbal communication skills
