Business Analyst (8 Months Contract) – Risk Process Change Management recruitment

Role and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

The Risk Process Change Management team in Singapore is looking for a Business Analyst to work on a CRO Data Quality Management initiative.

The ideal candidate will meet the defined attributes for the role and display a high degree of energy, enthusiasm in analysis and logical thinking.

Job Scope includes:

Working with stakeholders to define credit risk data requirements

Analyzing credit risk risk data quality

Identifying and tracking risk data quality issues

Assessing impact of data quality issues on risk reporting

Project management tasks including reporting on deliverables, milestones, risks and issues

Requirements

Education / Experience:

University Graduate with good honors degree

A degree in Finance/Accountancy is a plus but not mandatory

2 - 4 years relevant work experience in Financial Institutions preferred

Business Analysis experience with a leading consulting firm within financial services with prior project management and testing experience would be advantageous.

Skills

Strong analytical skills

Data quality analysis and assessment experience

Strong issue resolution skills

System implementation/ projects experience

Keen eye for detail and strong issue resolution skills

Proficiency in MS Excel

Credit risk data quality analysis experience would be advantageous

Good understanding IB products, especially derivatives data would be advantageous
