Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc. (EES) develops and markets advanced medical devices for minimally invasive and open surgical procedures. The Sales Representative is responsible for sales of a complete line of energy, endoscopic and mechanical products into their aligned hospitals operating rooms in a designated geography. A key responsibility is to focus on the customer: probe to understand customers underlying needs or issues and address with the appropriate products services and use sales mastery to overcome objections in a concise, professional, ethical and persuasive manner that leads the customer to action.

While in the field, the Sales Representative will expertly represent EES by exhibiting proficiency in knowledge of EES products procedures to make effective presentations at multiple management levels within a healthcare facility. This includes providing customer education, in-service accounts and demonstrate proper use of all products/devices to surgeons, nurses, scrub tech and other hospital staff.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: A minimum of a Bachelors Degree paired with three or more years of sales experience selling to a highly educated/high profile customer base. The ability to sell in an operating room, lab hospital environment is required. A valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 States with a clean driving record is required. The ability to travel as necessary, which may include overnight and/or weekends, is required.

Medical device sales experience is preferred paired with documented sales results.
