FULL TIME MAINTENANCE TECH. Looking for a full time MAINTENANCE TECH who is capable of high-quality work, perfection, excellent customer service and is self-motivated. Responsible for maintaining apartment homes - drywall, painting, carpentry, window/screen repairs and other general maintenance.
