FUND ACCOUNTING JUNIOR MANAGER recruitment

FUND ACCOUNTING JUNIOR MANAGER

We are currently seeking a Junior Manager within the Fund Accounting Valuation department to oversee the day to day aspects of Net Asset Value production for fund accounting clients. The Junior Manager will serve as a point of escalation for complex issues and will be highly involved in building the valuation / operational model to support new clients.

The Role:

-Managing staff and conducting performance evaluations,

-Validating derivate positions and market value to the broker statement,

-Calculating and disseminating the net asset value of clients’ portfolios,

-Reviewing security and cash transactions for accuracy,

-Analysing benchmarks and financial data for accuracy,

-Reviewing daily income roll for accuracy,

This is a highly-visible role which is critical to the overall success of our Client’s relationship. Through your leadership, you and your team will be expected to provide superior results, subject matter expertise, and be contributing members of the fund accounting team.

The role requires a proactive self started who is detail and goal oriented person. Strong aptitude for numbers with the ability to work accurately in a deadline lead environment is required.

The Junior Manager should have at least 5 years of financial services industry experience related to functional area with a previous supervisory / managerial experience.
