Fund Administration Manager recruitment
They are currently seeking an experience Fund Administration Manger to join their Fund Operation team.

For this role, you will responsible for overseeing the delivery and operation of the fund administration services to their retirement scheme client, design and implement the operating effectiveness of products in order to provide an one-stop service, covering account creation, contributions, transfers and terminations on contributions, transfers and terminations to clients. You will also monitor the internal control of operations are compliance with the company policy and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- University graduate in related discipline with recognised insurance qualification
- Solid experience and knowledge of retirement products and MPF legislation
- Experience in deal with external regulators such as Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) and auditors
- Proficiency in Excel is required
- Strong exposure in project management, fund operation and administration
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Possesses strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills are essential
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
