In the context of GELF’s constant growth an exceptional opportunity has now arisen for a bright and driven individual to join the team, based in Brussels, Belgium.

The role will involve all financial analysis aspects of running the Fund. You will be closely involved in capital transactions, acquisitions, disposals and investor reporting.

+      Among other tasks you will drive the Fund model in order to ensure accurate and timely forecasting of the Fund’s property net income, fund level earnings, distributions, and return metrics.

+      You will drive the Capital Management Plan to ensure accurate cash flow projections and capital drawdown timings. You will compile data for quarterly reports and for the annual business plan.

+      You will also assist the Transaction Manager of the Fund in analysis with regards to property transactions and financial projects in the Fund.

+      There will be regular interaction with other departments throughout Europe (in particular London and Luxemburg) and with the Goodman Sydney head office.  

Your Profile

+      You hold a property or finance related University degree

+      Ideally you had a prior Fund Analyst position or financial analytical experience.

+      You have outstanding writing and arithmetic skills

+      You have excellent communication skills combined with a good eye for detail

+      You have advanced excel skills

+      You are multilingual ( English – Dutch and / or French is a plus)

+      You have a driven and can-do mentality combined with a positive attitude
