Fund Compliance Officer (m/f) Job in Luxembourg

Due to the development of its activities, EFA is seeking to recruit:
A Fund Compliance Officer (m/f)
As a Fund Compliance Officer, you are responsible for the identification and interpretation of the investment’s rules in the Analytics Department.
Your responsibilities:
- To set up, analyze and follow-up UCITS rules (in addition, knowledge of SIF, alternative funds and Unit Link is an advantage) ;
- To analyze prospectus and identify adequate data to set up investment’s rules ;
- To create management’s rules in the control system ;
- To deliver compliance reporting to clients ;
- To arrange system testing and validate the results ;
- To undertake analysis on Ad hoc subjects ;
- To be the contact point for counterparty regarding any question in Fund Compliance.
Your profile:
· Graduate in Law or Finance/Economics ;
· Fluent in French and English, German will be considered as an advantage ;
· Interest for the Funds Industry sector and more particularly for the compliance aspects ;
· Excellent knowledge of the financial instruments and derivatives ;
· Sound knowledge of Bloomberg, Telekurs and/or Reuters ;
· Advanced Computer Skills ;
· Very good analytical Skills, very well organized and able to work independently.
