Leading banking institution based in the CBD currently undergoing several projects and secondment leading to two vacancies within their Funding and Control team:

Working in this department will see you contributing to the accurate forecasting and managing the liquidity requirements to understand and advise the business on cash flows in order to lower costs, reduce risks and maximise opportunities.

The two positions are as follows:

Funding Control Officer - Permanent Position
Junior position seeking a bright, process driven self starter keen to get exposure working in a back office environment whilst liaising extensively and getting sound exposure to the front office. This position will see you working within the international operations area of a complex and leading banking institution where you will be reporting on T+1 Nostro balances which involved interaction with front office and operations to form a complete picture of all product system and account interactions. Further you will be identifying and escalating post funding breaks across nostro's and processing funding sweeps. This position will suit an individual with some basic banking operations experience, a degree and a desire to take the next step intheircareer.

Cash Management Analyst - 4 Month Contract
Seeking an experienced individual for this position that will see you analysing product systems, cash flows and book structures across all desks within front office. You will identify and escalate funding gaps, develop reports and investigate and improve FX funding processes. An experienced operations professional, you will have prove experience in funding with strong financial markets experience including treasury, FX, Debt markets and trading practices. You will be a strategic thinker with a sound understanding of end to end process flows. As this position is a contract, you will be immediately available or on short term notice and potentially interested in stayingpermanentlyas it is likely the individual on secondment in the front office will beofferedapermanentposition there.
