Fundraising Contact Centre Team Manager
Our client, a large fundraising company based in London, are looking to recruit an experienced Contact Centre Manager/Senior Team Leader to help improve their business.
A description of the role is as follows:
"To manage fundraising teams using the telephone for our charity clients"
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding leadership to a 60-70 seat Fundraising call centre and ensure excellent results for charity clients
- Maximise volume of work done by management of fundraising staff and meeting productivity targets
- Maximise KPI's including contacts per hour, gift value and conversion of contacts
- Line management of Fundraising Managers (Team Leaders) and other senior members of staff
- Coaching and development of Fundraising Managers
- Involvement in key strategic decisions within the Fundraising Operations Department and the wider business
- Use and analyse management reports to target areas for improvement
- Establish processes and systems where beneficial
