Job Description
We require a Trainer to deliver our Trading Floor Training programme in both London and Surrey. Responsibilities include: delivering classroom-based seminars and demonstrations, managing individual learning progress to ensure learning objectives are met, leading group discussions and review sessions, providing advice and guidance, assessing written work/assignments and providing feedback, reviewing performance and providing feedback to both the traders and Futex management.
Person Requirement
The candidate will be degree educated with trading experience; possess an in-depth knowledge of macroeconomics, the financial markets, and enhancing trader performance; excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with a fine attention to detail; and be able to thrive in an environment that rewards the entrepreneurial spirit.
