Candidates must have experience working as Futures and Options Electronic Trading, DMA  Sales on a similar desk at either a broker or bank and should have experience of executing client business, consulting clients in their execution.

The right individuals should have 5+ years experience working within an execution services division and the role will be either VP-Director level depending on the candidate.
