FX and Rates Confirmations
Investment Bank in the City is looking to hire an experienced FX/ Rates confirmation analyst/ drafter to join their documentation team.
Key responsibilities;
This person will be part of the team primarily covering the structured documentation activities for our FX and Rates trading desks.
Affirmation of trade data held in trading systems requiring liaison with external clients and counterparties.
Production and review of confirmations (as appropriate) in compliance with all appropriate formats and contracts, working closely with internal business groups including credit, legal, marketers, trading and externally with counterparties
Assist and ensure that all operational aspects with regards to entire deal lifecycle have been actioned and completed.
Manage and monitor outstanding trade confirmations thus ensuring a fully executed trade confirmation is received on all transactions within a given time frame.
Ensure that all correct control procedures are adhered to and a full audit trail is recorded and maintained at all times.
Working as part of a team to meet daily deadlines.
Candidates will need experience in either FX or Interest rates as well as a background within documentation, ideally confirmation or drafting.
