Role
The FX Dealing Assistant is responsible for supporting the dealing team to manage credit risk for new and existing clients. The Branch Credit Administrator will build strong relationships with the Credit and Compliance teams both in Australia and at Head Office to ensure the branch complies with policy and can effectively manage their credit risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing day to day support to the Melbourne Dealing Team
- Support the dealing team in the administration of onboarding of new clients and managing existing clients
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reporting on unsigned forwards and options, outstanding overdue credit reviews, and expiring Trade Facility Agreements
Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications with some exposure to back or front office functions within Financial Services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must as is enthusiasm and a keen interest in FX and International Payments, and the ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
