The Product Control team forms a part of the wider global finance function, along with Financial Control, Financial Decision Support and Tax.

Risk Control provides comprehensive support to the Front Office Trading desk. In particular it is responsible for market data and the Integrity of the risk systems and batches. Risk Control is the first point of contact for all front line risk and PL queries and key clients are Trading, PL Controllers, GFRM, IVC and Finance.

Risk Control strives to have a complete understanding of all control focused issues within the Investment Bank, to enable decisions to be made based on the most reliable, accurate and timely information available.

Main Function
Risk Controller - Duties will focus primarily on the below:
1. Ensure accuracy for all front office market data information.
2. Liaison with IT and other infrastructure groups to provide expert assistance in resolving trade failures.
3. Generate Risk Scenarios for Exotics traders to monitor and control the risk position of the desk in light of market trends and to ascertain sensitivity analysis to cross effects.
4. Challenge the status quo, improve systems and processes.
5. Others as required.

Person Requirements
Qulaification/education:

Essential:
*Strong academic background

*Business/Finance Degree (Bachelors)
Experinece Required:

*Previous Investment Banking experience
*Strong Mathematical ability
Skills and Knowledge:

*English fluency
*Excellent use of Microsoft Excel
