Head of Group Compliance recruitment
Our client is an international bank based in Manama, Bahrain. As they continue to grow and develop, they are looking to recruit a Head of Group Compliance to cover operations in MENA, Europe, Asia and America.
As Head of the Group Compliance division, daily duties will be broad and varied. A complete understanding and ability to demonstrate a proven track record of all areas of Regulatory Compliance will be required, with key strengths in governance, policy and regulatory reporting being expected. The Head of Group Compliance will have full responsibility for all areas of financial regulation and compliance across the business globally.
Applicants will be degree educated preferably to Masters. Applicants are expected to have a strong track record of delivering within financial services sector within the GCC or a Zone 1 country. Excellent English communication both written and verbal is essential and Arabic (written spoken), would be highly advantageous.
