FX Product Controller
The Company
Based in Central London, our client one of the leading players within the UK's Banking industry. With offices around the Globe and through both organic growth alongside acquisitions, our client continues to go from strength to strength within today's financial markets.
The Role
Reporting into the Manager of the Wholesale Division, you as the Product Controller will be working as part of the Treasury Control team and working closely with Front Office to;
- Produce daily PL of FX trading
- Attribution of daily PL and looking at new deals process.
- Liaising with front office to ensure all queries have been answered efficiently
- Production of daily control reports including front to back reconciliations and off-market trade analysis
- Responsible for the end to end month end process including MI reports, reconciliations and validation of the balance sheet
- Ad hoc duties at required
You
You will be an ACA/ACCA qualified professional with proven experience in a similar role having had experience from a product control environment. You will have an understanding of foreign exchange and interest rate derivative products. Additionally, due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you have strong communication skills as you will be liaising with many stakeholders within the business. Lastly, you will have a strong attention to detail alongside strong systems skills including an intermediate level of Excel.
