FX sales

The opportunity requires someone who has focused on  FX Sales. A key criteria for the role is a track record in FX sales with Corporate and Institutional clients within the US and LATAM markets. Consequently to demonstrate this success the successful Head of FX Sales will have to substantiate :-

Solid Revenue generated over the last 5 years .

Significant structured products and derivatives experience.

A client base ideally including financial institutions as well as corporate clients.

Minimum 5-7 years FX products (FX Spot, Forward NDF and FX Options) sales experience.

Deep knowledge of FX products and markets and skill for executing FX products

Strong sales experience and skills including building customer relationships and proactive marketing

Strong interpersonal skills

Leadership skills

Strategic thinker

The role will sit in the Sales desk at this well-known sell side Bank and the individual who attains the role will have the autonomy to build their desk and team accordingly but I stress it is a hands on role rather than just a management position.
