FX Sales Business Head recruitment
Our client is a fast growth international financial institution. Due to expansion in their US business, they are seeking to hire an experienced FX Sales professional to lead this business line as part of their Manhattan-based team.
The successful candidate will have a circa 10+ year track record in managing and executing sales and business development strategy, to both the buy and sell side, within Foreign Exchange, as well as a sound understanding of the FX trade life-cycle from execution through to settlement. Additional knowledge of FX market infrastructure is key.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills are critical in this high profile, market-facing role. A developed contact network across banks, asset managers and hedge funds is also required. Additional knowledge around regulatory reform (Basel, Dodd Frank), OTC derivatives and clearing is preferred. Global experience, especially knowledge of Asia-Pac, is also welcomed.
