FXMM Client, Control and Vendor Manager (f/m)

To strengthen our Foreign Exchange Client, Control and Vendor Management team, we are looking to hire an exceptional team player and self-starter to deliver on core daily services and our strategic road map

Responsibilites for this role will cover:

-To be a reliable escalation point for internal and external clients, essuring issues are addresssed or limited through prompt analytical resolution.

-Perform and review operational risks related to control processes to ensure risks are understood, mitgated and controlled in line with UBS operations control framework.

-Commercially assess our clients segments through cost/revenue analysis and look to increase efficiencies using industry best practice methodologies such as LEAN or Process Excellence.

-Vendor manage our BPO service provider in India, through use of KPI's and intraday monitoring. In addition to day-to- day activity, there will be a requirement to support the Regional and Global Functional head to deliver on commercial optimisation activities to cultivate the service provider relationship.

-Perform broker review meetings and collaborate across product classes to ensure the firm is regarded as first in class for post-trade services in the industry.

-Demonstrate proactive participation in change the bank and regulatory projects, by means of providing innovtive ideas, supporting delivery of a change from inception to UAT and then delivery.

-Collaborate and support colleagues within the region/globally to achieve and develope continued success in the follow the sun operating model.

-Degree level education
-Banking operations experience and knowledge of FX products and FX market infrastructure
-Good language skills in English (both written and spoken), advantageous: Swiss or German or other European Language
-Comforable with IT usuage and MS Office to proficent level
-Pivotal for candidate to have experience of in house UBS FX Operations systems, processes and client base
