Game Development Engineer

- Collaborate with a team of designers, programmers and artists to develop smart solutions to difficult problems
- Contribute elegant, practical code
- Deliver rapid iterations of excellent software
- Ensure the games you develop deliver a world-class experience
- Challenge yourself and others to constantly raise the bar
- Be a champion of engineering excellence: raise the bar on quality, consistency, maintainability, efficiency, and all the other things that make great software
You’ll be working with a small group so you should expect to be wearing lots of different hats from project to project. Our practice is that we regularly collaborate by sitting together and sharing ideas as we work. At times you’ll be pair programming, at others you’ll be counted on to deliver on your own.

Basis Qualifications:
- BS/BA in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience programming C++ or Java
- Solid OOP/OOD concepts, this should be second nature
- Previous game development experience
- Ability to work in ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Development Experience using Flash
- Game Development on mobile or hand held devices
- Strong generalist coder
- Strong Independent Contributor
- Ability to lead through example
- Ability to “wear many hats”
