Gas and Power Operations Analyst recruitment
To Affect Support Services related to-
- Reconciliation of daily OTC trades against trade blotters
- Resolution of trade discrepancies by no later than trade date plus 1
- Daily reconciliation of OTC broker recaps and counterparty confirms to Noble trade capture system
- Manage documentation send to Power and Gas Back Office by fax, email or through the post
- Check incoming Counterparty trade confirmations either manually or by monitoring electronic matching platforms
- Return, file and mark off all checked incoming confirmations
- Send out Noble Confirmations either manually or by monitoring electronic matching platforms
- Chase all outstanding confirmations
- Monthly Trade Settlements
- Brokerage Settlements
- Any other adhoc settlements Grid Fees etc
- Assist in Production of monthly confirm and settlement metrics
Key Result Areas: (Key Performance Indicators)
- Daily reconciliation of Trade Blotters and Brokers recaps against Noble trade capture system
- Count on number of outstanding transactions that are awaiting affirmations
- Timely settlements of OTC physical trades, brokerage and other fees
Education, experience, skills:
- Education in Business/Administration or similar, to degree level OR equivalent work experience.
- Applicant must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar position and sound knowledge of domestic natural gas market is essential.
