The Client
My client is a well known medium sized operator that is dedicated to delivering a customer focused offer. Their produce, chefs mentality concerning classic British food is second to none. With 17 units trading in the group and a projected total no more than 32, my client plans to remain a non-corporate fresh food good beer entity well into the future. The Assistant Manager Role
As Assistant Manager you will remain at all times focused on delivering excellent customer service consistent, quality food drink. My client's Assistant Managers must remain visible at all times - repeat business is an important revenue stream so developing relationships is key. Supporting the General Manager in overseeing the day to day operational issues
The RIGHT Assistant Manager:
My client is all about the customer so a successful Assistant Manager will need to demonstrate a people focus throughout their career. Big personalities approachable characters do well in these surroundings so a love for the trade a passion for good food and drink are essential. Financial accountability, staff development coaching plus demonstrated marketing initiatives are essential.
