About the Job
Our International Pharmaceutical client is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to join their organisation. You will have in excess of 7 years pharmaceutical Sales Management experience at a very senior level within the animal healthcare arena. You will have strong sales team management experience and will have a proven track record in creating and implementing sales and growth strategies. You will performance orientated and will be self motivated. You will drive sales growth and manage and direct a number of high calibre sales professional in and complex and highly regulated environment. You must be able to demonstrate considerably commercial acumen and have excellent communication skills combined with a proactive and pragmatic approach. You must be able to travel extensively in this role. Excellent remuneration and benefits package.
