General Compliance Manager
Location: Singapore
Salary: 95k SGD to 120k SGD + Bonus
Main Responsibilities for General Compliance Manager
-Assist the Head of Compliance in discharging the responsibilities of compliance in general
-Provide compliance advice on business initiatives
-Perform Anti-Money Laundering (AML) related Compliance controls
-Responsible for reviewing all compliance and regulatory related matters
-Liaise with relevant regulatory bodies
-Provide compliance training to employees and manage ad-hoc compliance related tasks
-Ensure that the company is kept abreast of relevant local and regional regulatory and best practice developments
Requirements for General Compliance Manager
-Minimum 5-8 years of experience in handling compliance matters in securities or banking environment
-Bachelor Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
-Working knowledge of regulatory requirements e.g. Banking Act, SFA, FAA, MAS Notices Guidelines
