General Ledger Accountant
Part Qualified Accountant – Newly Qualified Accountant – Belfast - £21,000 - £24,000 – Interim
Hays is pleased to be working with a key client to recruit a strong part-qualified or newly-qualified accountant to their busy accounts team based in Belfast. This role is due to last 6-9 months and will begin immediately. Remuneration for this position will be in the region of £21,000 - £24,000.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of accounting functions including, but not limited to: managing accruals and prepayments, query resolution, financial reporting, balance sheet analysis and reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and other ad hoc tasks as required by the business.
As this is a diverse position, the successful candidate will have the following profile
· Part-qualified or newly-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
· Or, IATI qualified with extensive accounts experience
· Previous experience in a similar, dynamic and busy accounts environment
· Excellent attention to detail
· Ability and willingness to assist with a range of duties as required
