Sodexo is currently seeking a visionary General Manager of Food Service to oversee a growing Bistro style Restaurant and separate Coffee Shop with Hospice Palliative Care of Western Colorado ? a small exclusive Hospice facility in Grand Junction, CO. This hospice is a small 13 bed facility for patient meals, with the restaurant and coffee shop, and some catering sales. The ideal candidate will have GM or Director level restaurant experience, a demonstrated track record of growing restaurant and coffee shop sales, the ability to create branded concepts, and develop strong client, employee and community relationships. There is RELOCATION assistance provided for this opportunity. Position Summary : Manages all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account
