The General Manager is responsible for all business operations, via team of 40 team members, of the ethanol plant to include: product operations, purchasing, marketing, and personnel.
REQUIREMENTS
To perform the essential functions of this position successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Bachelors Degree or greater in Business. Eight or more years of experience in plant operations and Team Member/performance management.
- Experience in environments such as grain processing, food processing, or chemical processing beneficial.
- Previous public, community, and/or Board relations experience beneficial.
- Knowledge in Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability and willingness to learn new software applications.
- Excellent organizational skills, communications skills, the ability to multi-task, and most importantly, the ability to work well in a team.
